This site is a way for me to create one link to house committee members and interested board and community members on TBA House project and news... Happy to share the pics below from AMK Roofing as they found the only recent day above 40 degrees (12/20/18) to repair the leaking roof above the ark. The roof has some useless small drains that are problematic (origins of leaks). AMK has repaired tears in the rubber membrane and provided a renewal of sealant. I have asked them to provide a price to provide a permanent repair to these roofs which would include a new scupper for the highest roof and new insulation board and rubber for the lower roofs to pitch the water to the exterior outward scuppers. This is work that we will not need to do until spring, but I recommend this work. An excellent $450 investment! (Covered by our $10,000 insurance check - see additional post which shows the roof project budget).
